With a riotous fusion of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Rosie the Riveter, our unsuspecting guests were led via a decompression chamber into our naval submarine HMS GINGERLINE. The Mess Hall menu was rustic and plentiful, served in individual tin cans opened to reveal their hidden treasures! Captivating 'porthole' film installations by Emma Oxley created an unforgettable submersion as well as an enchanting deep-sea dive 'n' dine experience.

STARTER: Roasted Jerusalem artichoke soup with crème fraiche spinach and wild garlic pesto croutons
